Logging into the Console
Users can access the Console and its functions from links on the left. These are secured and require you to first log into the Console. Clicking on a link will prompt you for a username and password. Use "root" as username and the password as whatever you typed in during the server installation This login gives you full administrative privileges. The username and password are case sensitive.

To see how easy it is to collect information for reporting purposes, on the top left panel on the Console, click on Support > fill guest, guest, guest@pramati.com to report an issue to Support Engineers at Pramati Technologies. Select "Web Server" and hit the Review Query button. |
